Huaian Nylon Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinlun Group. It is a professional enterprise to produce Dipped Tire Cord Fabric of Jinlun Group. The co***ny is located in the Lianshui Industrial Economic Development Zone, east of the Salt River, west of Ninglian highway , south of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed, Huaian airport. It is very convenient in water, land and air transportation. Established in November 2003, the registered capital is 1 million, with a total investment of 800 million yuan. In 2011, in order to develop new markets, the co***ny have two projects, one is technological transformation; the other is production expansion. The co***ny has five standardized production workshop for polymerization, spin-draw winding, twisting, weaving, and dipping. The co***ny has an area of 505 acres, plant area of 200,000 square meters, with more than 2,000 employees. Enterprises got through the ISO9001: 2008 version of the quality management system and ISO14001 environment system certification. The dipped tire cord fabric products in 2006 was named the Huai'an brand-name products. In 2008, the enterprise was awarded the title of Huaian Quality Management Award and Huai'an textile industry pacesetter.In 2009, the co***ny was identified as a one hundred enterprises of Economic and Trade Commission in Jiangsu Province. Huai'an Municipal People's Government awarded the co***ny as "harmonious labor relations, to fulfill their social responsibilities focus on fostering". In 2011, it was awarded the "Jiangsu Famous "title by Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee of Jiangsu Province .
After the completion of the two projects, the production capacity will increase from 20,000 tons to 100,000 tons.
